JACQULYN McNALLY is a team leader at The New York City Human Resources Administration/Department of Social Services (HRA/DSS), which serves a diverse New York population with a wide range of social service programs. She works in the Investigation, Revenue and Enforcement program area which is responsible for the recovery of overpayment and other agency claims from clients and third parties with assets.
Prior to her current position she was a Staff Development Coordinator at HRA where she did technical based training to HRA/DSS Family Independence Administration staffs and also facilitated leadership training based on John C. Maxwell leadership skills to management staffs.
Jacqulyn serves the Saint Albans, Queens community through her church Oneness Pentecostal Tabernacle where she is the leader of the Singles Ministry which empowers single parents and single individuals in the community. She’s also apart of the community out reach “Food for Soul” Ministry, which serves breakfast to those in need. She’s an active member of the Frank Avenue Civic Association of Edgemere where she resides.
Ms. McNally attended Baruch College in New York where she studied Psychology. She then attended York College in Queens, New York where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information System Management. Working for New York City she felt the need to further her education in city government. She then enrolled in Queens College and earned a Masters of Arts degree in Urban Affairs.
