Samere Reid

SAMERE REID is a Social Impact Consultant with FSG in Boston. Prior to that, she worked as a Business Analyst for Deloitte Consulting in New York.

Ms. Reid was awarded her Bachelors Degree in Social Anthropology Cum Laude, from Harvard University. She was a Mellon Mays Undergraduate Research Fellow and was awarded the Goelet Fund Summer 2007 Travel Grant to conduct Human Rights research in Jamaica. She was a National Merit Scholar and National Achievement Scholar, Ron Brown Scholar and Presidential Scholar. She was Vice President of the Harvard Caribbean Club.

Ms. Reid's previous experience in education includes working a a Consulting Fellow with New Sector Summer Fellows Program, where she formulated strategic marketing plan for Boston-based, youth-serving non-profit to extend its reach into 200 new school districts in two states.In addition, she expanded the menu of services, and broadened the staff skill set through new training methods.

As a native of Montego Bay, Jamaica, Ms. Reid brings a unique understanding of the Cornwall region of Jamaica and best practices to implement programs for the Caribbean Education Foundation, Inc.
