Shereen Ashman

SHEREEN ASHMAN is the CEO of Stile Diva Inc.  She is a published author as well as a public/motivational speaker specializing in youth and young professionals.  She has over 10 years of experience in project development and management, specifically in designing and managing cultural/promotional events: talent, exhibition, fashion and hair show.  She designed and managed the St. Maarten cultural production, comprising of 95 participants and over 300 attendees from six countries in August, 2007.  She planned and executed motivational conference for pending graduates of Centennial College Social Service Worker Program in Jan. 2007.

In addition to project management, Ms. Ashman has extensive years experience producing empirical research reports on a range of political and social issues pertinent to development as a university scholar. She researched and prepared report on cultural tourism, identifying gaps and areas for development specific to St. Maarten.  She presented finding to St. Maarten government officials April 2007 and an update in November 2007.

She planned and created content for funding proposals and promotional materials including press releases, long-range editorial, and brochures.  She has employed knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods to design surveys.  Ms. Asman is a published author in Political Scholarly Journal 2006.

Ms. Ashman was awarded a Honors Degree in Political Science from York University Toronto and Social Se Social Service Worker (Diploma) from Centennial College in Toronto.

Michael Boyd

MICHAEL BOYD is an expert international business leader, possessing more than 20 years of experience in international management, including executive and senior management level positions throughout the Caribbean and United States of America.  He is the General Manager for Jamaica Citrus Growers & Citrus Growers Marketing Co. Ltd.  He manages and develops key resources, including human and financial, to ensure that strategies are implemented to improve the companies market share in the juice and dairy market.  In addition to a myriad of duties, Mr. Boyd negotiates key contracts for critical raw material and packaging inputs that are required in the manufacturing process.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Boyd held a number of senior level positions in varied business environments in Kingston, Jamaica and New Jersey, New York and Florida in the United States.  He was the Director of Superior Logistics & Transportation Company Ltd. Jamaica, W.I.; the Project & Logistics Manager for Digicel Jamaica Limited in Jamaica and the Operations Manager for COCA-COLA in Jamaica. 

In addition, Mr. Boyd was the Technical Logistics Manager and Operations Manager for DESNOES & GEDDES in Jamaica, where he planned and managed the total department budget (J$ 375M) and the Regional Logistics Manager / Plant Superintendent Coca-Cola Bottling Co.in Hollywood, Florida.  He planned and managed total department human capital and material resources (US$20M budget & over 60 employees).

Mr. Boyd received his D.B.A. “Doctorate in Business Administration” from Nova University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1988.  He was awarded his M.Sc. Management Technology/Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin and a B.Sc. in Industrial Arts/Education.  He achieved his Certificate in Industrial Arts/Education from Mico Teachers College in Jamaica, West Indies in 1978.

Mr. Boyd serves on the board of a number of organizations.  He is a Member on the Board of Management of Tredegar Park All Age School, Treasurer Central St. Catherine Foot Ball League “St. C. F.A.”, Director Ankhs Limited, “Anngel.com”. Member of USA Council of Logistics Management and Member of Jamaica Golf Association.

 

Marcia Brock

MARCIA BROCK is the CEO of Trinity Collective Ltd to provide project management, business development and personal consultancy services to individuals, businesses, organizations and create partnerships in the public and private sectors.

Trinity Collective Ltd has gain contract and partnerships  with many companies such as, computer college ‘HBC Academy Ltd’, Creative Enterprise ‘EMINEO’ Estate Agency ‘ECK Lettings’, Website Developers Xtreme-Programming, Designers Bean Head Designs,   Caribbean Holiday resorts, as well as other local small to medium sized businesses.  Marci has been in the IT field since 1990’s, She went on to train in Server NT, Server 2003, numerous Microsoft Software packages, Cisco Systems, Project Management and worked with numerous companies, successfully delivering on project contracts.

Along side networking Marci teaches Wireless Networking (CWNA) Cisco Networking (CCNA), Microsoft Server (MCSE), Hardware Engineering (IT Essentials), PC trouble shooting (A+), Word, Excel i.e: CLAiT, as well as numerous other software and hardware skills.

She gained recognition as being one of the first Black women under 25 to obtain Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) qualification back in the 1990’s and also one of first Woman in the UK to gain the Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) qualification.  Within these areas Marci has extensive knowledge in Business advice, Marketing, Computer Courses, Website Design, Networking, Sales and Management Skills, as well as her hobbies in Interior Design and Properties.

 

Nicholas E.O. Gaglio

NICHOLAS E. O. GAGLIO is a Senior Associate in the New York office of Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP.  His practice has focused on litigation, merger counseling and antitrust counseling.

Mr. Gaglio’s litigation practice has comprised a number of matters in federal court, most recently including representing a specialty chemicals manufacturer seeking damages for breach of contract in the Southern District of New York, defending a building products manufacturer against Sherman Act claims in a matter in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and representing a film exhibition industry client seeking damages and injunctive relief in a Sherman Act and Clayton Act matter in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. 

He has also worked on teams representing a pharmaceutical industry client in obtaining a temporary restraining order and seeking preliminary injunction in a Hatch-Waxman matter in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, seeking preliminary injunction on behalf of a specialty chemicals client in a Sherman Act and Clayton Act matter in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, defending against a United States Department of Justice motion for preliminary injunction in a merger case in the United States for the District of Columbia, and appealing a trade secrets matter in the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Mr. Gaglio’s merger counseling practice has included responding to government investigations, including the premerger review process of the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, and analyzing the competitive effects of proposed mergers and acquisitions.  He has participated in merger investigations and second requests involving several industries, including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, disaster recovery, video games and books.

He was awarded his Juris Doctor with Honors from The George Washington University Law School, Washington, District of Columbia.  He graduated from Duke University, Durham, North Carolina, 1994 A.B. German and Comparative Area Studies.
