Chiefs of Jamaica Operations:
SHELDON RHOOMS is the Chief of Business Development for the Caribbean Education Foundation, Inc.
Mr. Rhooms has over 10 years of experience in varied business development operations, including finance, marketing, nonprofit services and youth development.
He is the Assistant Manager at PriceSmart Jamaica Limited and served as the former Audit Supervisor. In addition, Mr. Rhooms is the Financial Accountant for the Winchester Park Association, St. George’s College.
As the former Vice President of the National Catholic Youth Movement, Mr. Rhooms performed dedicated public service in ensuring positive development of young people throughout the country of Jamaica.
Mr. Rhooms is a graduate of St. George’s College and Priory Adult Education College, where he focused on Business, Marketing and Communication.
